No. Telbix is a wholesaler, and therefore does not have a retail store location. We have many distributors around Australia who have retail and online stores. You can search for your nearest store by visiting our Find a Distributor page.
We only sell to authorised distributors. If you are looking to become a distributor/reseller, or you have a large project and want to use our products, please contact us.

Yes. If you purchased a Telbix product from a retail store, you must contact your place of purchase. Telbix will not directly process warranty claims with products purchased from our distributors. If you have purchased one of our products as a distributor, please refer to Telbix Warranty Policy and contact us.
Our website pricing is our RRP (recommended retail price). We display this price on our website as a guide for our customers.
